My quadruple room had central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. It was with bathtubs.

Would definitely recommend this place and would want to stay there again. The management was amicable and very polite, as well as the staff. Plus there was a bus stop near to the hotel❤

Location adjacent to restaurants & taxis as well as alot of restaurants. Good beds and satellite television, climate control, and a personal safe.

I had central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen television in the exceptionally clean room. Its staff were really helpful and cooperative. The location of the property was exceptionally nice, to jamarat spatco bus station. It was also just off Masjid and Raydan restaurant.

The rooms are impeccably clean with a comfortable double bed. The hotel staff is outstanding and very friendly. It has a great location, just a short walk from the bus station and surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores.

the location was exceptionally nice for mecca, not far from general stores and the bus station and restaurants & taxis. the rooms were perfectly clean, we had a balcony looking over city.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had a comfortable double bed. I appreciated having coffee/tea makers and a fridge available. The location was perfect, near Raydan restaurant, in a fairly quiet area. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated only 2 miles from tourist destinations like Madhbah Isma'il.

I had a great stay at Alolayan Plaza Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was very clean. The hotel is conveniently located next to the bus station and many restaurants.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good value for money, convenient location with restaurants and amenities nearby, readily available taxis to Haram.

the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Despite the language barrier, they did their best to assist me throughout my stay. Secondly, the hotel's location was very convenient as there were many local and foreign hotels within walking distance. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities.

One minor area for improvement would be the lack of a concierge or room service.

During our stay at Alolayan Plaza, we found the calm neighborhood and various restaurants nearby to be quite convenient. Taxis to the holy Haram were readily available, making our journey hassle-free. The helpful staff ensured that our stay was comfortable, and the clean beds provided a good night's sleep. we had a positive experience at the hotel.

I really enjoyed every detail of my one-night stay here. The location was great, just a short walk to Fakih Mosque, and my room had everything I needed including central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was very responsive and the facilities were clean.

The hotel had a few good restaurants around it, and also some amenities like a laundry and a mosque nearby. The rooms were alright and fairly clean. Despite the hotel being a bit far from the main attraction, taxis were easy to come by and the staff at the hotel were helpful with that.

The shuttle service from the hotel to the main attraction was infrequent which meant guests had to invest time and money in taxis.
